Saurabh Bhandari, CEO

!llusions4real is the brain child of Saurabh,
a venture he started on returning from Switzerland.
A graduate from Jaipur, Saurabh was working
with the Swiss Bank, UBS, for the past year
in Zurich, Switzerland in the capacity of a
project manager. Prior to this he was serving
as the marketing and sales manager for a British
company in Manchester. After acquiring due amount
of experience in various international settings,
Saurabh decided to set up a business in his
hometown that serves the purpose of a business
as well as a social initiative is supported
by the cause for which the business today stands.
During his undergraduate years, Saurabh was
actively involved with AIESEC in its global
and national level operations. AIESEC is the
world’s largest youth run organization that
aims at providing young people access to leadership
opportunities and exposes them to an international
learning environment around socially relevant
issues with the aim of providing for positive
leadership for the future. Saurabh was taking
care of the National business development operations
for a year for AIESEC in Hungary.
Saurabh's adaptable to various work environments
and welcomes challenging situations in business,
he has worked in India, Switzerland, England
and Hungary in the last 5 years. A business
administration graduate, he is good at marketing
products, developing business strategy, sales,
manpower training and skill building. Committed,
time bound and foresighted.
Saurabh is a keen golfer and a member of the
Jaipur Golf Club. He also holds the founding
membership of the Wine Society of India. He
has a widespread network of friends, colleagues
and business associates.

An Electrical Engineer by qualification, he
is a Senior Executive offering over 26 years
of strong, decisive executive leadership. Extensive
background in complex and challenging environments
with proven ability to represent the company
with Government Officials, suppliers, Customers
and Strategic Partners. Strong business acumen
with skills to remain on the cutting edge; drive
new business through conceptualizing strategies,
augmenting & streamlining networks. Endowed
with strong entrepreneurial skills that have
been put to good use in establishing Operations;
inclusive of Financial Management etc across
assignments.
Has been associated with ABG Shipyard Ltd. as
its Assistant Vice President and General Manager
of S M Hydel Power Corporation Ltd in the recent
years. Was actively involved with J K Cement,
Modi Cement and ECE Ltd in their consultancy
projects. His stints with leading organisations
in diverse sectors have honed abilities in identifying
potential, deconstructing complex situations
and further conceiving and implementing streamlined
solutions that have led to increased revenues,
profitability and overall success. Excellent
communication and people management skills that
have been honed through managing multi skilled
teams.

A former AIESECer and a student of the Indian
Institute of Management. A graduate from Jaipur,
she is from a IT concept development background
and takes keen interest in interiors and detailing.
Motivated to work for a green future and do
something for social development, she takes
care of I4R's operations and social responsibility
projects.
